We remove a wide range of items, including furniture, appliances, electronics, construction debris, hot tubs, cardboard, landscaping debris and more. It's easier to list what we don't haul away.
We will remove just about anything besides:
Liquids
Food Waste (Kitchen Trash)
Thorny branches (Bougainvillea and Mesquite)
Tires
Animal Waste
No, you do not need to be present for the junk removal as long as we have access to the bulk trash items you want removed. We offer easy online payment options including Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay, or we can send an invoice to pay online. If you can't be present, we'll send a before and after photo to confirm the job is completed.
Our junk removal pricing is based on the volume and weight of debris we remove. We offer free, no-obligation quotes and competitive pricing.
Sometimes, your single item might be less than our minimum pricing if it's nearby.
Text a picture of what you need us to pick up to 520-840-7296 for a free quote. Our junk removal price averages to $40/cubic yard. One cubic yard is about the size of a large washing machine. Although, one cubic yard of concrete or rocks, is not the same as one cubic yard of bulk trash. So we also factor in the weight when dealing with construction debris.
Our Maricopa Junk Removal Pricing Page has more detail.
No, we offer full service junk removal. That means we'll remove the items to be discarded from where they are, including in the home. However, we do offer a discount for items moved to the curb. When requesting a quote, let us know if everything will be at the curb or if needs removed from inside the structure.
The price of a local couch removal varies by the size, and weight of the couch.
In general, we charge $30 per couch seat, plus $5 for each recliner.
So your average reclining loveseat would run $70. The average reclining couch is $100. Add more if the couch to be removed is upstairs or in the backyard.
Our junk removal dump trailer is 12ft long. It is the equivalent of a 11 yard dumpster piled slightly above the top.
While we are based in Maricopa, AZ. We offer junk removal in Chandler, Gilbert, South Phoenix, Casa Grande, and Rural South Maricopa. That also includes Sun Lakes, Ocotillo, Ahwatukee Foothills, and Stanfield.
We get asked this question all the time, and the answer is no. We do not sell any car parts, as we don’t deal with whole automobiles. However, we do know a few guys that buy junk cars that we can refer you to who may have parts available.
Most junk and furniture that we remove goes to a local Maricopa landfill. We use Weinberger Landfill as much as possible, and Waste Management's Butterfield Station when we think something in the trailer might be spoiled and was snuck in.
We would love to tell you that we recycle 50% of what we pick up, but the truth is, most of it is not salvageable, soiled, or broken. Or, the items just take up too much space to try and store to give away. True story, every time someone says, "it's still good, you can resell it" It ends up smelling like animal pee or being broken.
We take what we can to Goodwill, or give it away on our curb. We do recycle as much metal as we can and that includes 95% of the metal appliances that we remove. We do recycle 100% of the refrigerators, freezers, water coolers, and air conditioners that we remove so that the freon can be captured.
Yes and No.
Let's tackle Insured first. Yes we are insured. We have a $1,000,000 Liability Policy and we can share the COI upon request. So, if we damage your house, or you, while removing junk, you're covered.
Are we Licensed?
That depends. The only license that would apply to junk removal is demolition over $1,000. We aren't licensed with the ROC for demolition. But, we also don't do demolition jobs that big. Our average demolition job is a kitchen, or a hot tub. Not a house or wall.
We are Permitted. Similar to a license, we are permitted in Maricopa County to haul anything, including garbage, even though we choose not to haul kitchen trash. Maricopa County has a trash hauling Permit that we hold. It's on our trailer and starts with RV. The landfills we use are located in Maricopa County, so out of an abundance of caution, we obtained the permit. Occasionally we do a cleanup for a property manager and get stuck with food waste. that's why we have the permit. Just in Case.
We are not Permitted in Pinal County to haul garbage aka kitchen waste. Pinal County requires a garbage truck to haul kitchen trash or manure. We tried to obtain the permit, but they will not issue it, even though we don't haul kitchen trash or manure. So, if you want someone to haul your household trash in Pinal County, and they agree to do it, they're breaking the law. In Pinal County, no junk removal company can remove anything that leaks, stinks, or attracts flies.
