Most junk removal cleanout companies won't quote a price over the phone, online, or via text.  Instead, they'll offer a "free estimate" where they come take a look in person with their truck/trailer ready to go.

This approach limits your ability to shop around because they know the average consumer will agree to their price since they are there ready to solve your problem by removing your junk.

 In Phoenix Arizona, junk removal prices vary from $30-$60 per cubic yard.  We believe in full transparency, and our prices are below for bulk trash pickup.  Junk removal pricing varies further in how different companies price the load.

Just Haul It charges roughly $40 per cubic yard which is 3x3x3 feet of debris of bulk trash to remove.  We offer a discount for higher volume bulk trash junk removal pickups as reflected in our pricing below

Some price by the cubic yard, other's break down their trailer into 4ths or 8ths.  (1 cubic yard is equivalent to a large top load washing machine).

Just Haul It uses a 12ft trailer that is 6.5ft wide to tug your junk.  We break it down into 1/4  load increments, but use a hybrid model for single items and recognize that sometimes people only need 1/8th of a load of trash removed and we'll quote that when you send pictures of what needs to be removed.  Our all inclusive price includes labor, fuel, and dump fees.

We offer virtual quotes.  Not estimates.  Send us a few pictures of your junk to be removed and we'll quote a removal and haul away price.  Either by text, chat, on our webform, or via email.  If we made a mistake in our quote, it's our fault and we'll take the loss, unless you added junk to your bulk pick up pile.

This is a junk haul that takes up 1/4 of the space on our trailer.  It would be a bulk trash pile 6.5 feet wide, 3ft deep, and just short of 4 ft tall.  Which works out to 2.65 cubic yards of debris to remove.  For perspective, this is just short of a short bed pickup truck full of junk and debris, or 2.5 washing machines.

This is a junk haul that takes up 1/2 of the space on our trailer.  It would be a bulk trash pile 6.5 feet wide, 6ft deep, and just short of 4 ft tall.  Which works out to 5.3 cubic yards of junk to remove. For perspective, this pile would be the size of one of the small dumpsters the home builders use that you see spilling over at the top after the neighbors illegally dump in it.

This is a junk haul that takes up 3/4 of the space on our trailer.  It would be a bulk trash pile 6.5 feet wide, 9ft deep, and just short of 4 ft tall.  Which works out to almost 8 cubic yards of junk to remove. For perspective, this pile would be equal to almost 1/4 of your garage of loosely packed bulk trash.  Or 1/2 of 1/2 of your garage to make it easier to imagine.

An entire trailer full of bulk trash that needs removed.  It's a pile 6.5 feet wide, 12 feet long, and 44 inches tall. Roughly 10.6 cubic yards of debris and junk to remove and haul off.  This pile is going to be about the size of a compact car.

Our price includes the volume to remove, weight, labor, fuel, and landfill fees.

Removal of your hot tub including demo, removal, hauling and cleanup.  You handle draining it and disconnecting the electrical connection, and we'll handle the rest.  Keep in mind, we remove hot tubs by cutting them to pieces, and the entire hot tub removal process takes about 2 hours.

Picking up and hauling away carpet from your curb or driveway is based on the volume the bulk carpet takes up in the trailer. (see above) +$50 if heavily urine stained or rained on.
